How we work

How a project works

Four simple steps, with everything agreed in writing before work starts.

  1. 01

    Tell us about it

Use the quote form or email: what the part or product is, what you need and when. Share a link to any sketches, drawings or CAD files, or we'll send you an upload link.

  2. 02

    Get a clear quote

We reply with any questions, then a quote that sets out the scope, the software and file formats, the revision rounds and the delivery date.

  3. 03

    We design, you review

We build the models, drawings or calculations and share progress for your feedback. Changes within the agreed revisions are part of the price.

  4. 04

    Receive your files

You get the files in the formats agreed, with notes on the key design decisions, ready for your workshop, supplier or printer.

Files we deliver: native files for your CAD software, STEP, PDF drawings, DXF for laser and waterjet cutting, and STL or 3MF for 3D printing.
